Many private health plans include coverage for Acupuncture. Aloe Health offers direct billing to many insurance providers, where the patient's plan and the service are eligible.
Private Insurance
Aloe Health offers direct billing to many private health insurance providers. Availability depends on your insurance company, individual plan, and the service received. If direct billing isn't available, you may still be eligible for reimbursement by submitting your receipt to your insurer. Patients are responsible for any amount their insurer doesn't cover.

MSP Supplementary Benefits
Aloe Health is enrolled with BC MSP under its hard opt-out status. Patients pay the full appointment fee directly to the clinic and, if eligible for supplementary benefits, submit their own reimbursement claim to MSP.
Aloe Health does not bill MSP directly. Eligibility, reimbursement amounts and annual limits are determined by MSP.
ICBC Coverage
For eligible ICBC injury claims, Aloe Health can bill ICBC directly for covered Acupuncture services. Coverage depends on each claim and ICBC’s applicable fee limits, which may not match the clinic’s posted fees.
Aloe Health is listed for Acupuncture within ICBC’s Recovery Network. Any amount not paid by ICBC remains the patient’s responsibility.
